1. About these terms

These terms apply to all purchases from the online store miwolbeauty.com (the "Store"), operated by OAM Trading SIA (trading as Miwol Beauty). By placing an order you accept these terms. Our Return and refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy form part of these terms.

3. Products

We sell original Korean cosmetics and skincare products sourced from authorised distributors. Product descriptions, ingredient lists and images are provided for information; packaging may differ slightly from the images. Before using a product, read the label and do a patch test if you have sensitive skin or allergies. Our products are not medicines, and the information in the Store is not medical advice.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is made online at checkout using the payment methods shown there. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors; if this affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel free of charge.

5. Orders and contract

After you place an order, you receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error or if we suspect fraud; in that case any payment is refunded in full.

6. Delivery

We deliver within the European Union. Delivery options, prices and times are described in our Shipping policy. Risk of loss passes to you when you or a person you name receives the products.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Opened cosmetics or products whose seal has been removed cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Return and refund policy.

8. Legal guarantee and complaints

You have a 2-year legal guarantee for products that do not conform to the contract, in line with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of Latvia. Send complaints to hello@miwolbeauty.com. We respond within 15 days. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you can contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC), www.ptac.gov.lv.

9. Customer account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity in your account.

10. Intellectual property

The Miwol name, logo, texts and design of the Store belong to OAM Trading SIA or its licensors. Product brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

11. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damage or for damage caused by using a product contrary to its instructions. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Personal data

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published in the Store when you place your order applies to that order.
