Refund policy

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To withdraw, email us at hello@miwolbeauty.com with your order number and the products you are returning, before the 14 days run out. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to. You then have a further 14 days to send the products back.

Products that can be returned

• Products must be unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging.
• For health and hygiene reasons, cosmetics that have been opened or whose seal or protective packaging has been removed cannot be returned (Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU). This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty.

How to return

Send the products to: Miwol Beauty, Marijas iela 25, Rīga, LV-1011, Latvia. You can also drop them off in person at the Oishii Asian Mart store at the same address.

You pay the cost of sending the products back, unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

We refund the price of the returned products and the original standard delivery cost (if you return the whole order) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may hold the refund until we have received the products back or you have shown proof that you sent them. Refunds go to your original payment method, at no extra cost to you.

If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our cheapest standard delivery, we only refund the cost of standard delivery.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@miwolbeauty.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, and we cover the return shipping.

Under Latvian and EU law you also have a 2-year legal guarantee for products that do not conform to the contract.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order free of charge until it has been dispatched. Email us as soon as possible.
