Where we ship
We currently ship to Latvia and all other European Union countries. We do not ship outside the EU at the moment.
Delivery options
- Delivery by Unisend or DPD, to a parcel locker or to your door
- Pick-up in Rīga, free of charge, at the Oishii Asian Mart store, Marijas iela 25, Rīga
The available options and delivery costs for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. All prices include VAT.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Latvia: 1–3 working days
- Other EU countries: 3–7 working days
These are estimates. Delays can happen during holidays, sales periods or because of the carrier.
Pick-up
If you choose pick-up, we will email you when your order is ready to collect from the Oishii Asian Mart store at Marijas iela 25, Rīga. Please bring your order number.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Customs and duties
We only ship within the EU, so there are no customs duties or extra import taxes.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 14 days at hello@miwolbeauty.com. See our Return and refund policy for details.
